The six things we get asked most before someone sends their brief. Anything else, ping us — replies arrive in four working hours.
Yes. You give us a brief, we send back a written proposal with deliverables, timeline and a fixed monthly cost. If it’s not right, you keep the proposal — there’s nothing to pay and no follow-up sequence to unsubscribe from.
A brief — five lines is enough. Your brand, the marketplace(s) you sell on, current monthly revenue (a rough band is fine), the top thing you want fixed or grown, and a rough budget. We don’t need account access at the quote stage.
A fixed monthly retainer (covers research, listings, ads, creative, reviews, reimbursements) plus a small performance kicker tied to net margin growth. No long lock-ins — 30-day rolling after the first 90 days. Project work (a one-off site build or rebrand) is fixed-fee.
A reply within four working hours, a 20-minute discovery call on day two, and a written proposal on day three. If your brief needs more research (e.g. a supplier-side scope), we’ll tell you that in the first reply and agree a date.
Most clients aren’t — that’s what the discovery call is for. Send what you have, even if it’s vague ("our listings are underperforming and we don’t know why"). We’ll shape it into a scope together.
