A UK Amazon brand scaling on a limited budget —
with ACOS climbing and visibility stalling.

This UK-based brand had real traction — units were moving and the product had genuine market fit. But growth had a ceiling. Ad spend was increasing without proportional returns, organic visibility was weak, and there was no structured approach to content or brand presence.
