    Before you submit your ASIN.

    The six things we’re asked most before someone hits submit. Anything else, drop it in the message field — we read everything.

    Yes. You give us an ASIN and (optionally) a PPC export — we send back a 6-page written report with your top fixes. No card, no follow-up sales sequence, no "limited free spots". If our work is good, you’ll come back later. That’s the deal.

    No — never. We work from public listing data (the ASIN link) and the PPC reports you export yourself from Campaign Manager. For deeper engagements we can request read-only Brand Analytics access, but the audit never needs it.

    No problem — submit without it and we’ll audit your listing only. Most of the highest-leverage fixes (title, images, A+, keywords) come from the listing audit anyway.

    48 working hours from the moment we confirm your brief. If anything will take longer (e.g. a multi-marketplace catalogue), we’ll tell you in the first reply and agree a new date.

    Only if you ask for one. The PDF is the deliverable — you can implement the fixes yourself, hand them to your team, or come back to us to run them. Whichever you choose, no follow-up emails chasing.
